The Team Members are the heart of Chick-fil-A. The experience starts in the kitchen where team members prepare ingredients, assemble salads, hand bread chicken, work the pressure fryers, assemble sandwiches, box nuggets, cook fries, ensure food safety and general restaurant cleanliness. 

In the service area the specific roles vary, but the idea remains the same.  Serve all of our guests with honor, dignity, and respect to give them an exceptional experience.

Team members are able to work at a fast pace, multitask and like to be challenged. In addition successful team members enjoy working as part of a team and are always ready to help another team member.

Upon hiring, everyone is expected to work as part of the team in various areas, based on the needs of the business.
